Is my booking confirmed right away?

No, and that is on purpose. Every booking is a request. Lhyn checks availability with the boat or guide first, then comes back to you. You only pay once she has confirmed that the adventure is really happening.

How do I pay?

Once your adventure is confirmed, Lhyn sends you a secure payment link on your My Trip page and by email. Some adventures can also be paid in cash on the day, she will tell you which.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety comes first. If the sea or weather is not safe, you get an alternative date, a different adventure, or your money back. Lhyn will always contact you personally.

Do you pick us up at our hotel?

Most adventures include a pickup in El Nido town or nearby. Tell us where you are staying in the booking request and we will confirm the pickup time with you.

Can children join?

Many adventures are family friendly, and it is marked on each one. If you are unsure, ask Little Filipina in the chat or write it in your booking request.

Do I need to be a good swimmer?

For most island hopping tours, no. Life vests are always available. For diving, freediving and spearfishing there are extra requirements listed on each adventure.

Can Lhyn arrange something that is not on the website?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Custom island trips, private boats, motorbike routes, longer itineraries. Message us on WhatsApp or in the chat and describe what you have in mind.
